How it works

Step 1: AGENTS.md asks each agent to keep its own specialized file up to date from HANDOFF.md, adapting it to its role.

Step 2: OpenCode keeps HANDOFF.md up to date with completed work, decisions, and the next step.

Step 3: Another agent reads HANDOFF.md, checks the project, then writes or updates its own agent-<name>.md file to pick up the work.
